- work with stakeholders to define SLOs, SLIs, and error budget.
- build and enhance observability, telemetry, and monitoring tools
- identify and implement automation opportunities and reduce toil
- lead and complete production readiness activities (NFRs, Permit to Operate)
- provide application support
- 2+ years leading, operating and performing SRE team
- 2+ years using Autosys and Oracle
- 2+ years supporting applications on Kubernetes / OpenShift and GCP
- Strong understanding of observability tools AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, and Aternity
- Excellent communication and writing skills
2 years of senior SRE experience
2 years Kubernetes/Openshift
Observability tools (AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, Aternity)
Financial/Banking organization experience
Eligibility to convert if needed
