Responsibilities

• Create and maintain cloud environments for operating multi-tenant SaaS application
• Work Closely with DevOps, support, and development teams
• Work with cutting-edge technology in the cloud (Azure preferred).
• Implement automation to continuously reduce manual operations using CI/CD processes.
• Be part of a team that introduces new technologies and deploys services to multiple cloud environments and regions.
• Solve technical problems, guide various teams (internal & external), and continually improve our systems, deployments, operations, monitoring, and overall cloud activities and costs.
• Provide technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and remediation of security issues including internal and external technical communication.
• Maintain industry knowledge of the latest trends, technology, and practices.

• Experience working in cloud computing, virtualization and containers experience - Docker, K8S, and more.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a desire to take on responsibility.
• Advanced networking knowledge - Load balancers, Firewalls, VPNs, TCP/IP - troubleshooting, performance tuning.
• Monitoring systems and SLA tracking.
• Hands-on experience administering and supporting high-scale Production workloads.
