About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Site Lead to lead onsite project execution, deployment activities, customer coordination, and team management for industrial automation and AMR deployment projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong ownership, execution capability, customer handling experience, and the ability to manage complete deployment activities from planning to final handover.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Deployment

• Manage end-to-end onsite deployment and project execution activities.
• Conduct site surveys, deployment planning, and feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, trials, and handover activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, SOPs, and quality requirements.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deployment progress.
• Coordinate manpower, tools, materials, and resource utilization.

Installation, Testing & Stabilization

• Supervise onsite installation and integration activities.
• Conduct operational trials, endurance testing, and route validation.
• Monitor cycle time, operational performance, and deployment quality.
• Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and issue resolution.
• Fine-tune operational parameters for stable production performance.
• Support production stabilization after deployment.

Customer Handling & Escalation Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer coordination at site.
• Conduct customer review meetings and deployment discussions.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Share project updates, reports, MOMs, and action plans with customers.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout deployment and support phases.

Team & People Management

• Lead and coordinate onsite deployment teams of 3–5 members.
• Handle manpower planning, shift scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor team productivity, discipline, and operational efficiency.
• Guide engineers and technicians during deployment and stabilization phases.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination across teams.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress Reports.
• Maintain deployment trackers, issue logs, utilization reports, and MOMs.
• Update SOPs, validation reports, and deployment documentation.
• Maintain customer sign-offs and handover records.
• Share regular updates with management and stakeholders.

• Experience in handling onsite teams of 3–5 members.
• Strong experience in customer coordination and escalation handling.
• Experience in managing deployment activities from planning to handover.
• Ability to independently manage customer sites and execution activities.

Qualification

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation Engineering, or related field.

• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments preferred.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer locations.
• Strong ownership and execution mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams simultaneously.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
