Key Responsibilities
* Environment Design: Build a physics-accurate virtual environment containing digital twins of agency-standard panels, switches, and tools.
* Asset Pipeline: Import and calibrate CAD assets for maintenance robots and station subsystems into the NVIDIA Isaac Sim pipeline.
* Synthetic Data Factory: Deploy a multi-GPU generation pipeline to produce over 1,000,000 labeled training frames using "Domain Randomization" (varying lighting, textures, and physics).
* Procedural Automation: Configure the workstation to run 24/7, utilizing procedural generation to randomly spawn tools and internal components for infinite task variations.
* Auto-Labeling: Implement pipelines for the automatic annotation of segmentation masks and depth maps to eliminate manual human labeling.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Primary Tech Stack: NVIDIA Omniverse/Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, PyTorch, and 3D Asset pipelines.
* Technical Experience: Proficiency in generating photorealistic, ray-traced data and managing high-performance computing clusters.
* Hardware Knowledge: Ability to utilize high-end professional/consumer GPUs (Total VRAM > 90GB) and Enterprise Grade High-Core Count CPUs.
