Signal Processing Technologies (SPT) was founded in April 2019 to bring innovative signal processing R&D to the commercial and defense market. They specialize in transforming technology from novel concepts through prototyping to productization. SPT's expertise includes communications (5G, LPI/LPD waveforms, MIMO), spectrum sensing, radio frequency machine learning for signal classification and restoration, sensor fusion for augmented reality and 3D modeling, and position, navigation, and timing solutions. They have a strong background in government programs, working with entities like DARPA and the Air Force, and also engage with companies in a subcontracted R&D capacity.

Signal Processing Technologies (SPT) is seeking a full time employee to join our exciting research and development efforts. We perform fundamental signal processing research through end system development. Our funding is typically derived through government contracts such as DARPA, IARPA programs or NSF research grants. Our current work spans various signal processing disciplines such as communications, geolocation, spectrum sensing, machine learning and sensor fusion. The candidate will initially work on communication system projects, but prior communication system experience is not required.
We are interested in a candidate who is able to do the system development (in Python or Matlab) and implementation (in C or C++). We are evaluating candidates across various experience and skill levels and will offer appropriate compensation for your skill level. Feel free to ask for expected compensation range based on your education and experience level. You must be a U.S. Person (https://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/22/6010) to apply, such as a U.S Citizen or Permanent Resident.
