Job Title: SharePoint Developer Job Type: Contract (Project based) | On-site | Immediate Job Summary We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer on a contract basis to manage and enhance our on-site SharePoint environment. The role focuses on organizing healthcare and IT documents, SOPs, policies, and compliance-related content, ensuring secure access and efficient document workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, customize, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and document libraries.
Organize and manage SOPs, IT documentation, and policies.
Create workflows and automation using Power Automate and related tools
Implement document versioning, metadata, retention, and approval workflows.
Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
Manage user permissions and access control to meet security and compliance standards.
Support SharePoint integrations with Microsoft 365 tools.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and support SharePoint solutions during the engagement.
Provide documentation and handover at project completion.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 experience.
Strong background in document management and SOP governance.
Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation.
Knowledge of healthcare and IT compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience managing permissions and secure access.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Healthcare IT or regulated environments.
Familiarity with HIPAA, data privacy, or IT compliance standards.
Microsoft SharePoint or Microsoft 365 certification.
