Course Description:
An exploration of formal schooling and the broader education system in Western society with an emphasis on application of sociological theory to educational practices.
Required Qualifications:
A Ph.D. degree in Sociology is preferred with successful teaching experience and a strong scholarly record. In addition, selection will be based on seniority, teaching competence, ability to perform the various duties and previous academic employment experience.
