Work You’ll Do

As a Project Delivery Manager on the project, you will:

• Partner with business, security, and operations teams to align automation strategy with organizational objectives, drive adoption, and deliver measurable impact.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to project teams, fostering knowledge sharing and upskilling in RPA and intelligent automation technologies.
• Continuously evaluate, pilot, and recommend emerging RPA capabilities and cognitive automation tools for integration into the COE’s service offerings.
• Configure and manage Non-Person Accounts (NPAs) essential for RPA solution enablement, ensuring appropriate access, auditability, and segregation of duties.
• Design, implement, and monitor technical security controls specific to UiPath and ServiceNow RPA platforms, ensuring compliance with the company’s and client’s security standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Required :

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering or Technology related field
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
• Must be willing to work on site in Chantilly, VA 100% of the time
• 4+ years of experience managing technical infrastructure in a secure cloud environment
• 4+ years of experience maintaining and improving DevOps Processes
• 4+ years of experience maintaining IT security requirements in a secure IT environment
