We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
ServiceNow Lead
to manage and guide the development, implementation, and maintenance of our enterprise ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful, scalable solutions that align with business strategy. This role is a blend of hands-on development, technical architecture, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
Design & Strategy:
Lead the technical design, architecture, and deployment of complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
Platform Governance:
Define and enforce technical standards, development guidelines, and governance processes for the ServiceNow instance.
Module Expertise:
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for multiple core ServiceNow applications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps).
Integrations:
Oversee and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, monitoring tools) using various methods (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub).

Mentorship:
Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to a team of ServiceNow Developers and Administrators.
Code Review:
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality, efficiency, and maintainability of configurations and custom scripts.
Project Execution:
Lead development efforts throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for key platform initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Requirements Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and product managers to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and practical solutions.
Roadmap Contribution:
Participate in developing and maintaining the long-term ServiceNow platform roadmap and upgrade strategy.
Problem Resolution:
Act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks within the platform.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in developing, configuring, and administering the ServiceNow platform.
2+ years
in a lead, architect, or senior technical role.
Technical Proficiency:
Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.
Expertise in development technologies, including
JavaScript, GlideScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP
.
Proven experience with multiple ServiceNow modules, such as
IT Service Management (ITSM)
, and at least one other major domain (e.g.,
IT Operations Management (ITOM), Customer Service Management (CSM), or HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
).
Certifications (Must have at least one):
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in a key domain (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery)
