Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst and Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex security requirements and technical execution. You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and documenting identity lifecycle workflows—including automated provisioning and Zero Trust architecture—within the ServiceNow and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) ecosystems.

The ideal candidate understands that IAM is not just a security function but a business enabler, and has a proven track record of translating federal or enterprise governance needs into seamless, automated technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Design & Optimization: Analyze and map end-to-end identity lifecycles (Joiner-Mover-Leaver). Design automated workflows within ServiceNow to streamline onboarding, offboarding, and access requests.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 3–5+ years of dedicated experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) within an enterprise or government environment.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) or equivalent enterprise-grade IAM suites.
ServiceNow Expertise: Proven experience in process analysis and workflow mapping specifically for ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
Foundational Knowledge: Strong understanding of Zero Trust frameworks and identity governance.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP).
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
Experience with Federal security standards (NIST, FISMA).

Pay: $105,000.00 - $122,000.00 per year
