This role will be pivotal in driving platform strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, and enabling operational excellence across IT and business portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Leadership

• Design scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions leveraging SPM and Discovery capabilities.
• Define technical standards, governance models, and integration strategies across the platform.

SPM Implementation

• Lead the configuration and deployment of SPM modules including Demand, Project, Resource, and Portfolio Management.
• Align SPM workflows with business strategy, enabling visibility into investment planning and execution.

Discovery & CMDB Architect and optimize ServiceNow Discovery for accurate asset and service mapping.

• Ensure CMDB health, normalization, and reconciliation processes are aligned with compliance and audit requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with business units, IT leadership, and platform teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide strategic guidance on platform capabilities and roadmap alignment.

Integration & Automation

• Design integrations with third-party systems (e.g., cloud platforms, monitoring tools, ERP).
• Automate workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and custom scripting.
