Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-wide ServiceNow solutions. This role will define platform strategy, enforce best practices, and ensure alignment with business and IT objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps
• Define platform architecture, standards, and governance frameworks
• Lead implementations, enhancements, and platform optimization initiatives
• Oversee integrations with enterprise systems and ensure data integrity (CMDB, APIs, Integration Hub)
• Provide technical leadership, including design and code reviews
• Partner with stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with business needs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture and design
• Strong expertise in ITSM (required) and other modules such as ITOM or CSM
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP), JavaScript, and ServiceNow development
• Solid understanding of CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
• Knowledge of ITIL and enterprise architecture principles

Preferred

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CTA)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and Agile environments
