Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform administration, Unix/Linux, and Oracle SQL. The role will support ITSM and HRSD modules, platform configurations, integrations, and backend operations while working closely with IT and business stakeholders.

Technical Hiring Criteria (Must-Have)
Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
In-depth knowledge of ITSM and HRSD modules
Experience with workflows, configurations, and platform upgrades
Strong backend support experience using Unix/Linux environments
Proficiency in Oracle SQL for reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting
Ability to work independently in a remote setup after onboarding
Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
Support and enhance ITSM and HRSD functionalities
Manage users, roles, groups, workflows, business rules, and UI policies
Perform platform upgrades, patches, and releases
Monitor system performance, health, and integrations
Troubleshoot incidents and resolve ServiceNow-related issues
Perform system-level troubleshooting in Unix/Linux environments
Write and optimize Oracle SQL queries for reports and data analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams
