About The Role

As our Service Operations Lead, you will build our entire service organization from the ground up, defining what world-class support means for the future of defense robotics.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a builder who thrives in a dynamic environment. Reporting directly to the executive team, you will own the end-to-end service strategy, from the people you hire to the processes and tools you implement. You won’t just run a team; you will create a cornerstone of the ARX Robotics mission.

What You Bring
A degree in a relevant technical field (such as automotive engineering or robotics) or equivalent practical experience gained over 5+ years.
Extensive background in service operations, support systems, or service delivery, ideally from the automotive, defense, aerospace, or industrial technology sectors.
A proven ability to translate complex operational requirements into a reliable, scalable service delivery model.
A proactive and structured approach to navigating fast-paced, high-stakes environments with calm and effective leadership.
Demonstrated people leadership experience, including hiring, managing, and developing operational or on-call support teams.
Full professional fluency in both German and English is required to succeed in this role.
