We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to lead and manage our service operations in Benelux. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless after-sales support and driving customer satisfaction while managing assets, personnel, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of service agents.
• Oversee spare parts allocation, warehousing, and logistics.
• Provide repair technical support and training.
• Manage service center assets, spare parts, and personnel.
• Ensure prompt customer issue resolution and continuously improve customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in the solar industry with a strong technical and operational background.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.
• In-depth understanding of after-sales structures and ability to collect and implement customer feedback for process improvement.
