Position Summary The Service Delivery Engineer for Cybersecurity is a key technical role, focused on supporting our cybersecurity solutions for clients. This job also involves showing clients how our offerings work and what benefits they bring through Proof of Value (POV) and Proof of Concept (POC) demonstrations. One other role is helping with Korea’s security compliance. You'll help clients understand rules like South Korea's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and support them in passing necessary checks. You'll work directly with clients to set up and adjust solutions, check system health, and provide technical guidance. This helps build strong client relationships with good service and clear communication.
