RotoAI is a deep-tech startup working on AI-driven condition monitoring, digital twins for industrial and defence sectors.
We are looking for a hands-on Sensor Developer Intern who is eager to work on real hardware, embedded systems, and sensor prototypes.

Assist in designing sensor interfacing circuits (accelerometers, strain gauges, pressure sensors).
Support embedded firmware development on ESP32 / STM32 / Raspberry Pi for basic DAQ tasks.
Work with I2C, SPI, UART, RS-485, LoRa, MQTT for data communication (with guidance).
Contribute to PCB schematic design, basic routing, testing, and calibration.
Participate in lab experiments, prototype assembly, and preliminary field trials.
Coordinate with software/AI teams to ensure reliable data acquisition for analytics.

B.E./ B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech (or final-year student) in E&I, ECE, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
Basic knowledge of microcontrollers, embedded C/C++, and sensor interfacing.
Familiarity with PCB tools (KiCAD/EasyEDA) and signal conditioning is an added advantage.
Strong interest in sensors, DAQ hardware, IoT devices, and working on real prototypes.
High willingness to learn, experiment, and build from scratch.
