Do you want to translate a deal into a feasible installation and a happy customer, together with your team? You are responsible for ensuring that every All-E / complex Hybrid installation can be completed right the first time. You’ll be working with Sales, Planning, Installation & Product teams. The team goal is to translate converted deals into clear, executable and feasible installation plans.
Our goal is to provide 3 million households with sustainable products, such as heat pumps, batteries and more, before the end of 2030. As a Work Prep specialist you’ll have a crucial role in standardizing installation processes with the correct materials, design & planning.
What you’ll be doing:
Technical background: You have experience in a technical environment, preferably installations in the residential sector.
Hands-on ownership: You take responsibility for the technical feasibility of the installation plans you’ve prepared. If something goes wrong, you pick up the phone to fix it.
Practical thinking: You understand the real-world conditions of our Installations team and you frequently visit the field to see the results of your work
Process improvement: You have experience in identifying bottlenecks and improving a process
Collaboration: You play well with others and you are good communicator
Language: Fluent in Dutch, English is a plus
