We’re hiring a Senior UX Designer to join Evinova’s Barcelona based Study Designer team, operating at the intersection of AI, digital health, and clinical innovation. Our Study Designer solution empowers clinical teams to optimize and automate the design and feasibility of clinical studies, as well as the authoring of corresponding study documentation.
This is not a conventional design role. It requires a hands-on Senior UX Designer who balances strong UX and UI expertise with technical fluency. The role is well suited for designers who thrive in early-stage product environments, navigate ambiguity, and set clear design direction while working closely with product, research, science, data science, and engineering partners.
As a Senior UX Designer, you will help shape how we design products in an AI-enabled world, leveraging emerging tools and technologies as part of the design process. You will apply continuous discovery, rapid prototyping, iterative design, and user testing to solve complex, real-world problems. Your work will support clinical site staff, hospital operations teams, sponsors, and patients—delivering intuitive, compliant, and ethical digital experiences in regulated environments. complexities.
