Senior US IT Recruiter (4–8 Years)
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in Boolean search strings, a solid vendor network, and proven experience working with US implementation partners. The ideal candidate should be highly active on LinkedIn and capable of delivering quality profiles within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles.
Build and execute advanced Boolean search strings across LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases. 3. Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and vendor partners.
Maintain and leverage a strong vendor list for faster and reliable submissions.
Work closely with US implementation partners such as UST, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, etc.
Screen candidates for technical fit, communication skills, visa status, and client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, and offer processes.
Ensure compliance with US hiring standards, documentation, and turnaround times.
Maintain high LinkedIn activity and professional presence to attract passive candidates.
Required Skills & Experience
4–8 years of experience in US IT staffing / recruitment.
Strong expertise in Boolean search strings (mandatory).
Proven vendor management experience with an existing vendor network.
Hands-on experience working with US implementation partners
Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other US job portals. 6. Solid understanding of US tax terms & visa types (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, GC, USC).
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work in US time zones and meet aggressive hiring targets.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in high-volume or niche skill hiring.
Strong candidate pipeline management skills.
Prior experience with direct clients and MSP/VMS models.
