Senior Technical Support Engineer
who is passionate about "killing manual work.” You won’t just be answering tickets; you will be building the engines that make those tickets disappear.
You will identify bottlenecks in our Support and Operations workflows and write robust scripts, tools, and automations to eliminate them safely and permanently.

Advanced Scripting:
4+ years of professional experience with
Python

CLI Tooling:
Experience building command-line tools (argparse or equivalent), handling inputs, flags, and clear usage/help messages.
API Mastery:
Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication (OAuth, API keys), and error handling.
Database Proficiency:
Expert-level
SQL
(PostgreSQL/MySQL); comfortable working with large datasets safely.
Shell & Tooling:
Comfortable with Bash/Zsh, environment variables, Make targets, and basic shell scripting.
Debugging & Systems Thinking:
