Role Summary We’re looking for a high-caliber Senior Technical Recruiter in the Bay Area to help us build the future of AI-powered video security. This role will focus on hiring world-class AI/ML engineers, robotics engineers, computer vision experts, and other highly technical talent. You’ll partner directly with engineering leaders and founders to identify, attract, and close builders who thrive in 0→1 environments. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands deep technical talent, loves outbound sourcing, and wants to help shape a generational engineering team.
