Role Overview We’re hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to help us scale the engineering and technical teams that power Standard Bots. This is a hands-on, full-cycle role for someone who has lived through startup hypergrowth and knows how to hire exceptional talent when priorities shift, roles evolve mid-search, and “urgent” sometimes means yesterday.
Your role will primarily focus on owning technical recruiting end-to-end, partnering closely with hiring managers across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations. While most of our open roles have a technical lean, we're an All-Hands-On-Deck recruiting team. Willingness to jump in and help fill roles across different orgs (i.e. Sales, Marketing, G&A, etc.) is key. You’ll build pipelines before we panic, run tight interview processes, and close candidates who have options.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $175,000, depending on experience and geographic location. Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at Standard Bots. All Full-Time Employees are eligible for Employee Stock Options. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
Compensation Range: $125K - $175K
