2. Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Project Manager to orchestrate and drive the delivery of our most ambitious software programs, spanning backend systems, artificial intelligence, and cloud-native technologies. In this pivotal role, you will be the central force guiding large, cross-functional teams from initial concept to final release, ensuring that our complex technical vision becomes a reality. You'll work in close partnership with engineering and product leadership, steering a collective of over 30 talented individuals. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering the cutting-edge software that powers our organization and defines our success in the market.

4. Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager, with quantifiable success leading projects involving 30+ engineers and contributors.
• 3+ years of experience supporting or leading projects involving backend and AI software architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver software engineering-heavy projects, not just coordination-focused roles.

Preferred

• A Master’s degree in Engineering and/or an MBA.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master).
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise cloud systems with high availability, security, and compliance requirements.
• A background that includes both engineering-facing and customer-facing roles.
• Direct experience with AI/ML tools and platforms, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong mathematical and statistical understanding as it applies to AI systems (e.g., linear algebra, probability, model evaluation).
• Previous experience in a security, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS-focused environment.

6. Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: A competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 to $175,000 , depending on experience and scope.

Additional Details:

• Location: NYC. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance of our Tribeca, Manhattan office.
• Hours: Full time. 4 days in office.
