Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team at Afero. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the successful delivery of complex technical projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to drive the execution of our IoT platform initiatives. Your exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills will be instrumental in ensuring project milestones are met while maintaining the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is expected to be $185,000 - $220,000. Actual pay is determined by a range of factors including work location, job-related skills and experience, relevant education, training or certifications, and other business and organizational needs. At Afero, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This range reflects base salary only; Afero also offers competitive benefits and equity compensation, which are not included in these numbers.
