Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or advanced Application Support role.
• Strong proficiency in scripting with languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and tooling.
• In-depth knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Proven experience supporting applications and services within a major cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage major incidents.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
