Overview

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Technical Lead to join our Domyn Team in Spain. In this role, you’ll lead the buildout and delivery of robust backend systems and infrastructure that power our foundational models and agentic AI offerings for financial services deployments. This is a hands-on leadership role blending software engineering and DevOps expertise. You’ll be responsible for designing scalable tools, deploying containerized systems, and ensuring production-grade reliability for complex AI workloads in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and scale backend systems and APIs to support high-throughput AI services and agentic orchestration platforms.
• Lead DevOps efforts including CI/CD pipelines, observability, infrastructure-as-code, and production deployment best practices.
• Drive containerization strategy using Docker and Kubernetes, optimizing resource utilization and reliability.
• Collaborate with ML, product, and research teams to operationalize AI models and inference workloads.
• Ensure security, monitoring, and high availability in all deployed services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in backend development and infrastructure engineering, with a strong track record of building and deploying containerized microservices in production.
• Proficient in languages such as Python, Go, or Java, with deep understanding of API development, message queues, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong expertise in DevOps practices: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar), logging and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Experience deploying services in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including autoscaling, networking, and secrets management.
• Familiarity with LLM infrastructure (e.g. model inference, vector DBs, or agent runtime orchestration) is a strong plus.
• Excellent technical leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required; Italian or any other European language a strong plus.
