The Role 🥳 We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner (Engineering) to own and scale our global technical hiring function end-to-end.
This role is highly hands-on and strategic. You’ll partner closely with founders and engineering leaders globally, and redesign our technical interview process to ensure it is rigorous, fair, and reflective of the high bar we’re building toward.
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who thrives in fast-moving startup and wants real ownership and influence.
