Role Purpose

to join our People team and support the growth of Semidynamics.
This role will focus on
end-to-end recruitment

technical and specialized roles
, while helping us strengthen our employer brand and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and job requirements.
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates.
Talent Sourcing
- Source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, direct sourcing).
- Build and maintain pipelines of technical and specialized talent.
- Engage passive candidates and maintain long-term relationships.
Hiring Manager Partnership
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
- Provide guidance on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
- Support managers in structured interview processes.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain transparent communication with candidates.
Recruitment Process Improvement
- Help optimize recruitment processes and hiring workflows.
- Track recruitment metrics and support data-driven hiring decisions.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Collaboration with the People Team
- Work closely with People Operations and HR leadership.
- Support initiatives related to workforce planning and talent strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Experience recruiting for technical roles (engineering, software, semiconductor, hardware, etc.)
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting in deep tech, semiconductor, or hardware companies
- Experience hiring internationally
- Familiarity with ATS platforms
- Familiarity with Jira
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and hiring metrics
