Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
with
4–6 years of experience
in technical hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering and data science roles while partnering closely with hiring managers. Experience recruiting in the
healthcare, AI, or life sciences space
will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions (Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, QA, DevOps, etc.).
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, role expectations, and team fit.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–6 years
of strong talent acquisition experience, preferably in
technical hiring
.
Experience recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Product Managers, Cloud/DevOps Engineers, etc.
Prior experience in
healthcare, health-tech, biotech, or life sciences
hiring is a plus.
Behavioral Competencies
