We are seeking a strategic, high-impact Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist & Human Resources Business Partner . This is a unique dual-function individual contributor role designed for an expert who can navigate the complexities of full-cycle technical recruiting while simultaneously building trust with management and internal stakeholders on HR matters.

Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Support

• Responsible for the recruiting process, including developing job descriptions, posting positions, and negotiating external recruitment efforts,

HR Business Partnership & Process Improvement

• Partner with department heads to provide guidance on organizational design, succession planning, and performance management
• Conduct deep-dive audits of HR workflows (onboarding, lifecycle management, retention) to eliminate systemic inefficiencies and implement automated, scalable solutions
• Lead complex employee relations inquiries, providing coaching to managers and ensuring a culture of high performance and legal compliance
• Drive the implementation of company-wide policy shifts, ensuring seamless adoption and clear communication across the organization
• Provide strategic support for benefits renewals and compensation benchmarking to ensure we remain competitive in the current market.

Education, Experience, & Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification highly preferred
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition and HR, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Generalist capacity
• Proven track record in a government contracting environment
• Power-user level experience with modern HRIS and ATS platforms and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter techniques.
• Strong understanding of FAR regulatory and/or ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 document control requirements
• Previous experience supporting OFCCP or ISO audits

• Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball
• Professional presence with the ability to build rapport with agency partners and internal hiring managers

• Proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities while adapting to changing business needs

Pay Range: $100,000-$150,000

However, base salary for this position will vary based on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
