Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior System Engineer to design, develop, and implement solutions across complex projects and environments. This role requires close coordination across teams and organizations to ensure seamless integration and delivery of technical solutions aligned with mission requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement technical solutions across projects
Coordinate efforts across functional teams and stakeholders
Ensure integration aligns with organizational requirements
Apply industry and functional expertise to solve complex challenges
Conduct hands-on technical assessments
Develop and deliver presentations, briefings, and technical documentation

Required Skills
Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph
Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Proven ability to gather and translate customer requirements into actionable tasks
Experience working with Windows and Linux environments
Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies
Familiarity with network devices and infrastructure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to quickly learn new technologies

Desired Skills
Experience with Linux, Python, VMware, and Wireshark
Experience with computer hardware and system components
Software development experience
Strong understanding of the OSI model and networking principles
Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) mission and operations
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
