Job Summary:

We at Cursory Technologies are seeking an experienced Senior Survey Programmer

with strong Confirmit expertise to independently manage complex survey

programming projects including healthcare, ensure high-quality data delivery, and

mentor junior team members while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

 Program and manage complex surveys in Confirmit

 Implement advanced survey logic, validations, and quality checks

 Conduct testing, debugging, UAT, and survey launches

 Handle multi-country and multi-language studies

 Deliver clean data outputs (SPSS/Excel/CSV)

 Ensure timelines, SLA adherence, and documentation

 Coordinate with PMs and client teams; mentor juniors

Required Skills:

 Strong hands-on experience in Confirmit

 Solid understanding of survey logic and market research methods

 Experience in online surveys, panel integrations, and data validation

 HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge is a plus

 Strong problem-solving and communication skills
