About this Role: The Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager is responsible for overseeing the sourcing and procurement process, which includes managing supplier relationships across multiple regions. This role involves strategic sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of goods and services to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global supply chain management, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work with diverse suppliers and stakeholders.

Compensation Range: $68K - $128K
Strategic Sourcing:
Partner with a range of stakeholders including engineering, finance, manufacturing, and others to develop and implement global procurement strategies that meet organizational objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to proactively identify risk mitigation opportunities while reducing total acquisition cost.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships. Monitor supplier performance, ensure compliance with contractual agreements, and resolve any issues related to component quality.
Lead strategic negotiations, including term sheets, procurement agreements, statements of work, and others.
Procurement Operations:
Manage the end-to-end procurement process including requisition, order placement, and delivery tracking.
Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize purchasing processes.
Ensure procurement activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present procurement reports, metrics, and analysis to senior management.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement activities.
