Responsibilities

• Facilitate the overall architecture of business systems across teams, system owners, and engineers.
• Provide guidance on architecture and components through commissioning and decommissioning of services.
• Own revenue data management: data architecture, governance, data protection, etc.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership on projects involving +7 teams.
• Assist teams in planning and estimating activities.
• Support and challenge a realistic roadmap with team leads and product managers.
• Mentor, develop, and coach other senior software engineers, engineering managers, and business leaders.

Qualities We Look For

• Significant experience in one or more of the following domains:
  • Identity & Access Management
  • Fraud prevention
  • Payments
  • Monetization
• Experience initiating and driving large technical projects across multiple teams.
• 10+ years of hands-on technical experience as an engineer in large-scale organizations.
• Ability to influence and mentor teams across departments.
• Proficient in stakeholder communication in English.
• Experience with observability practices for business-critical systems.
• Experience with Domain Driven Design (DDD) is a plus.
