THE ROLE
As a Senior Solution Engineer, you are the technical engine behind every deal. You partner directly with our Sales team to win enterprise healthcare clients by demonstrating how Opmed solves their most complex operational challenges — convincingly and credibly.
You will run discovery with hospital operations leaders, translate messy real-world workflows into structured solution narratives, and craft the business cases, demos, and proposals that move deals forward. You are equally comfortable presenting to a Chief Operating Officer and going deep with a Perioperative Director on block utilization data.
This is a pre-sales-focused role. Once a client signs, our dedicated Implementation team takes the baton — your job is to get them to the finish line of a confident 'yes', with every technical question answered and every stakeholder aligned.
