You’re a Fit If You Have

• 5+ years of experience as Software Developer/Engineer in Test
• Have quality-first mindset and can deep dive to code for unit testing.
• Have developed Test Automation Framework using tools i.e., Selenium, Python, TestNG, PyTest
• Have worked on Web Application/s and Machine Learning application as SDET/QE
• Good exposure either on JavaScript or Python
• Exposure on containerization concept like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Agile/Rapid development processes
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level).
• Experience with other automation testing frameworks such as TestNG, Cucumber, or Robot Framework, incorporating Python.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web service testing (RESTful APIs) using Python-based tools and libraries.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).
• Experience with performance testing tools and techniques (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) integrated with Python.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and testing in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) with Python.

Bonus Points

• Exposure on at least one public cloud offerings- AWS, Azure, GCP
• Have implemented/worked CI/CD pipeline
• Experience on Microservices
• Exposure on Machine Learning and related Python libs (i.e. Pandas)
• Familiarity with visualization libraries such as D3.js
• Familiarity with AI/ML, Data Analytics frameworks
• Familiarity with various databases like Postgres, Elasticsearch (ELK)
• Owner mentality - self-directed, needs minimal supervision, hands-on leader to drive quality in usability and experience
• Always experimenting than hypothesizing (Learn it all vs. know it all)
• Ability to design, architect and quickly complete projects with minimal supervision and direction
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Work as a team while owning key product deliverables
