Key Responsibilities

• Lead software engineers and guide day-to-day technical activities

• Act as an interface between stakeholders

• Interact regularly with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and address concerns

• Translate client and business requirements into technical tasks and solutions

• Oversee project execution, timelines, and deliverables

• Review code, architecture, and ensure best engineering practices

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall software development experience

• 3+ years in a Senior/Team Lead or techno-managerial role

• Strong hands-on technical background with leadership exposure

• Proven experience in client-facing roles

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with domestic or international clients

• Ability to manage expectations and handle escalations professionally

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project execution

• Capability to balance technical delivery and people management
