We're hiring a Senior Software Developer to join our crew at QOCO Systems !

We have a few roles open in our product team. Your background might be as an experienced developer ready to grow further, or as a developer who already has experience leading teams and designing architecture.

At QOCO, we develop SaaS solutions that help global airlines and MROs (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) turn complex data into smooth operations and less aircraft downtime. As a Senior Developer, you’ll play a key role in driving our technical direction and delivering solutions that really matter.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Leading the technical direction and architecture of our core products
• Contributing hands-on to both backend and architecture design
• Coaching, mentoring, and supporting a team of developers

What we’re looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience in software development
• Solid skills with C# and .NET or Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript,
• Experience with Docker and cloud computing, preferably Azure
• Hands-on and willing to learn
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• A passion for mentoring and helping others grow
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Preferably accompanied by:

• Proven experience in software architecture and designing scalable systems OR
• Practical skills in Cybersecurity and secure design
