About Thread
At Thread, we're transforming the IT services industry with AI-first automation. What started as a collaboration layer on top of legacy ticketing systems has evolved into something far more powerful: a platform that helps Managed Service Providers (MSPs) resolve issues before they escalate, automate repetitive work, and deliver exceptional service without relying on traditional tickets at all.
We’re building the future of AI-assisted service delivery—and we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join one of our engineering teams.
