What You'll Do

• We are seeking an exceptional Senior Full Stack Engineer with leadership flair to join our founding team and play a pivotal hands-on role in shaping the current and future capabilities of our product.
• Work closely with the co-founders and be responsible for building core components, expanding the engineering team, and elevating our product to the next level.
• Enhance existing systems and build new ones from scratch, either independently or by leading other engineers.
• Create new APIs with proper documentation to drive our product forward.
• Implement and manage robust security and data protection measures.

What You'll Bring

• Must have hands-on experience in architecting, designing and implementing agentic AI systems
• Very strong experience in architecting and implementing scalable agentic systems
• Hands-on experience using at least one agentic framework and familiarity with other agentic frameworks
• Hands-on experience using cutting edge LLM, fine-tuning LLM and integrating them in production grade software used by real users
• Proven track record in fast-paced startup environments and collaborating with global teams
• Must have expertise in React and Python
• Knowledge of ML, AI, LLMs

Required Tech Stack Frontend: ReactJS

Backend: Node.js/Express.js

Databases: NoSQL and SQL

DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, cloud services (GCP, Azure, AWS)

AI: Experience with Applied GenAI, LLMOps, and LLM evaluations

Interview Process 1️⃣ Recruiter Screen – An initial conversation to discuss background, experience, and alignment.

2️⃣ Hackathon Project – A 4-hour take-home assignment focused on building an AI agent. You choose when to schedule this independent work!

3️⃣ Hackathon Debrief – A discussion with the team to walk through the project and problem-solving approach.

4️⃣ Meeting with Co-Founders – A final conversation to dive deeper into fit and vision alignment.
