• Build novel AI systems applied to product + design workflows
• Ship product directly to users (fast feedback loops, real impact)
• Work closely with users to understand problems deeply
• Help define product direction, roadmap, and strategy
• Make decisions on models, tooling, and AI infrastructure
• Help build the early team
