Who you are
Experience developing and operating large-scale backend systems in production
Track record of managing always-on infrastructure and maintaining system reliability
Ability to balance competing priorities and make pragmatic technical decisions
Flexible mindset and comfort working across different projects, contexts and tech stacks
Strong willingness and ability to learn new technologies and domains
Experience with any major backend programming language (our codebase is C#, but we value strong engineering fundamentals over specific language knowledge)
