What you'll be doing 🚀
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance agentic systems.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of complex software solutions, ensuring best practices in code quality, testing, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and machine learning engineers, to deliver features that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Optimize and maintain cloud infrastructure, leveraging AWS, Azure and GCP services to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to foster a strong engineering culture.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in production, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence and improve system reliability.
What we're looking for 🤩
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in backend development.
- Proficiency in Python, with a solid understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and GCP, including deploying and managing applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and technologies (React, Next.js, etc.) is a plus.
