The Opportunity
We are seeking a senior full stack software engineer with 6 to 8+ years of professional experience to join our Engineering team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a pragmatic environment—capable of reducing scope smartly, guiding junior developers, and proposing maintainable and efficient implementation approaches that deliver value fast.

What We Are Looking For
- 6–8+ years of full stack development experience with production-grade systems.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers and Product Owners to translate requirements into effective, efficient, and maintainable implementations.
- Ensure code quality, reliability, and performance through thoughtful development practices, including unit testing and documentation.
- Align your work with existing architectural patterns and decisions, integrating cleanly into the established software ecosystem.
- Document and communicate your work clearly to support smooth deployment, knowledge sharing, and ongoing maintenance.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement with a focus on timely, high-impact outcomes.
