We are looking for a highly independent and motivated software engineer to help us build the next generation of software stack for Humanoid Robotics. Join our team working on the Gr00t Project. You will love this job if you like solving complex real-world problems that have never been solved before. - Collaborate with multiple teams to successfully implement prototypes into a flawless production system. - Deploy brand-new algorithms and models, seamlessly integrating them into humanoid robot stacks. - Build and refine tools to strictly evaluate the performance of models and algorithms. - Engage in foundational model training and testing to ensure our robots remain world-class. - MS or PhD in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience from an accredited institution. - Over 5 years of proven experience working on live production systems. - Expertise in C++ and Python. - Demonstrated experience in humanoid robot deployment or research. - Background in deep learning research and development. - Outstanding problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. - Proficiency in a Linux environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven experience leading teams to build complex software stacks. - Additional expertise with robotics-related frameworks, such as ROS, is a plus. - Hands-on experience with real humanoid robot hardware is helpful. - Experience in architecting and building software stacks for robotics. - Proven track record of building large-scale training models with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or TensorRT. - Acceleration of algorithms using CUDA.
