As a Senior Software Engineer on the Cloud Operations team , you will work at the intersection of platform engineering and reliability. Youβll design, operate, and evolve the cloud-native infrastructure that underpins Qdrant Cloud, with a strong focus on scalability, stability, and reducing operational load through engineering.
This role is for engineers who enjoy building platforms that run reliably in production , combining strong software engineering with infrastructure and systems thinking.

Requirements
Must have
5β7+ years of experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, or SRE-adjacent roles
Nice to have
Experience building Kubernetes operators or control-plane components
Background in SaaS, database, or systems-level product companies
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar tooling
Familiarity with networking, load balancing, or service meshes
Contributions to open-source projects
