Starting July 1, 2025 or by arrangement, we are seeking a technically proficient, self-driven
Senior Software Engineer (Backend/Fullstack) 100%
with AI expertise, to join our team at the intersection of AI technology and legal compliance.
This position is fully remote in Europe.
Technology meets Legal/Compliance/Risk Management around AI: You will build scalable systems to help organizations navigate complex AI governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management landscapes.
Requirements
Core Experience
7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in senior-level roles
Strong experience with:
Python development with modern frameworks (FastAPI preferred)
AI integrations and AI product development - hands-on experience building, deploying, and scaling AI-powered applications
Architectural design and problem-solving - proven track record of designing scalable, maintainable systems
Cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
CI/CD pipeline development and DevOps practices
Ownership is mandatory: doer and team-player
