• Build agentic solutions for complex financial crime compliance workflows
• Build solutions for scraping and processing semi-structured and unstructured data
• Balance automation and human-in-the-loop approaches
• Product development
• Be responsible for testing reliability and consistency
• Ensure scalability while managing costs

Minimum Qualifications:

• A strong technical background gained through education and/or on-the-job experience
• Knowledge and experience building AI agents and agentic workflows
• Knowledge and experience leveraging LLMs and prompt engineering
• Knowledge and experience building RAG systems and vector search
• Strong programming skills
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

• Five years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency with one or more systems programming languages, preferably Go
• Proficiency with one or more scripting languages, preferably Python
• Knowledge and experience working with document or relational databases e.g. PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch
