What To Expect
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions based on project requirements, taking ownership of the technical development process
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software while proactively identifying potential areas for improvement
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high quality standards and drive team development through shared learning
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and drive innovation
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
- Ensure the security and data protection of applications
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers
Inspire us by
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of proven experience in software development, especially backend
- Expertise in object-oriented and/or server-side programming languages (preferably Python)
- Hands-on experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL
- Strong grasp of RESTful service architecture and API design principles
- Knowledgeable in cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Hands-on experience in building up CI/CD pipelines and with containerization technologies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills paired with keen attention to detail
Extra points vor
- Hands-on in Linux
- Experience with Kafka or any other enterprise-grade event/message-based middleware
- Experience with distributed systems
- Experience with infrastructure as Code (IaC) (preferably Terraform)
